Course Structure
Moonlit Sakura
You will learn to create a calm, atmospheric scene using soft washes and layering techniques, inspired by Japanese aesthetics. This piece focuses on balance, minimalism, and delicate brush control.
You’ll get hands-on experience with “wet-on-wet watercolor”, a technique that makes it easy to paint soft light, gentle mist, and smooth color transitions.
Pomegranate Study
You will learn to capture rich color, organic shapes, and subtle shading in a fruit composition. This piece emphasizes texture, transparency, and layering techniques.
Lavender Glow
You will learn how to paint glowing sunsets and textured fields using loose watercolor techniques. The focus will be on color blending, light, and creating depth in natural landscapes.
Café Indulgence
You will learn to illustrate a delicious still life with waffles, cream, berries, and coffee. This artwork teaches detail, color richness, and how to make food look appealing and dimensional.
Luxembourg en Plein Air
You will learn to paint directly from observation, capturing the essence of a Luxembourg landscape with loose, expressive watercolor techniques. If weather permits, we will meet outdoors in a park and paint on location, focusing on light, atmosphere, and simplifying natural scenery.
Poppy Valley Home
You will learn to paint a charming countryside house surrounded by mountains and poppy fields. The focus is on composition, perspective, and combining architectural elements with nature.

The course teacher - Valeriia
Valeria began her artistic journey at an art school and later earned a degree in Graphic Design at university. She has experience teaching drawing to both children and adults in different countries.
Valeria explores a wide range of creative disciplines: clay sculpting, knitting, embroidery, collage, sketchbooking, home decoration, mural painting, tattoo design, and much more. Among all these directions, her greatest passion lies in illustration and painting, with watercolor being her favorite medium.
In her classes, Valeria will happily introduce you to the world of watercolor, immerse you in creativity and inspiration in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and guide you in creating your very own works of art.
