Course Structure

Introduction: Materials, Color Theory, Light & Brushwork

  • Learn how acrylics behave and how to use them effectively

  • Practice color mixing, temperature, and tonal values

  • Work with basic brushstroke exercises to build confidence

Botanical Painting

  • Learning to observe fine lines, veins, and delicate structures in leaves and flowers.

  • Studying how plants grow, overlap, and flow organically.

  • Developing steadiness and confidence with small, intentional strokes.

Landscape & Depth

  • Explore foreground/background and perspective

  • Practice soft edges, sky gradients, and expressive brushwork

  • Create your own landscape painting

Nature Morte

  • Observe real objects and compose a simple still life

  • Apply light, shadow, and layering techniques

  • Learn to create form and depth with acrylics

Animal

  • Learning how to paint fur, feathers, or skin using different brush techniques.

  • Understanding posture, gesture, and personality in animals.

  • Recognizing basic animal structures to make paintings feel more realistic and alive.

The course teacher: Rebeca

Rebeca is a visual artist with a degree in Fine Arts, currently based in Luxembourg. Her work moves between painting, illustration, and tattooing, with a strong focus on line, texture, and contrast. Deeply inspired by the natural world, she often draws from botanical forms and animals to create detailed, expressive imagery.

Specializes in traditional techniques such as ink drawing and linocut printmaking. Combines graphic precision with organic and emotional elements. Experienced in collaborative projects and passionate about art education

After this time, no refunds are offered, but we will do our best to move you to another course or session, as we understand that unforeseen situations can happen
